This certification, which the Company achieved in 2015, demonstrates that yex CHANGE has
efficient and coherent processes capable of guaranteeing the quality of its services, in order to

This certification demonstrates that yex CHANGE has equipped itself with an intervention protocol
for business continuity and disaster recovery that includes specific actions to protect its operations,
maintaining and restoring the service offered in the shortest possible time. It represents a
guarantee of safety and quality for the currency exchange service, an aspect of fundamental
importance to guarantee high quality standards in situations such as international airports.

Corporate Carbon Footprint ISO 14064-1

Through this certification, yex CHANGE demonstrates that it monitors and measures greenhouse
gas emissions from its activities. The Organization has also chosen to verify the measurement of
