Over the years, yex CHANGE has created a correct and transparent Organization that invests in the quality of governance, in the relationship with the customer and with all stakeholders. The governance model consists of the Board of Directors and an Executive Committee. The Board of Directors outlines the strategic lines of development of the Company which are then implemented by the Executive Committee. Among the strategic lines of yex CHANGE is the intention to pay ever greater attention to the issues of diversity, equity and inclusion.

Promoting Corporate Integrity

We encourage ethical behavior in all business activities, through control tools such as the adoption of Model 231, the Code of Ethics and the whistleblowing procedure. Find out more on the About us page. About Us.

Prevention of all illegality

All our efforts are aimed at ensuring compliance with the law and implementing everything in our power to eliminate the risk of illegality. We train our operators so that they receive regulatory training in particular in the areas of Anti-counterfeiting, Anti-money laundering, Anti-terrorism and transparency.

Customers, suppliers, employees, banks and business partners are our main stakeholders, with whom we are committed to maintaining a constructive relationship of trust. Dialogue with our interlocutors is also ensured by this site, which includes an invitation to report any critical issues.
