Over the years, yex CHANGE has created a correct and transparent Organization that invests in the quality of governance, in the relationship with the customer and with all stakeholders. The governance model consists of the Board of Directors and an Executive Committee. The Board of Directors outlines the strategic lines of development of the Company which are then implemented by the Executive Committee. Among the strategic lines of yex CHANGE is the intention to pay ever greater attention to the issues of diversity, equity and inclusion.

Promoting Corporate Integrity

Prevention of all illegality

All our efforts are aimed at ensuring compliance with the law and implementing everything in our power to eliminate the risk of illegality. We train our operators so that they receive regulatory training in particular in the areas of Anti-counterfeiting, Anti-money laundering, Anti-terrorism and transparency.
